1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing uterebroon.digital or enrolling in programs operated by Uterebroon ("we", "us"), you agree to these General Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, registered learners, and organizational clients in the Republic of Korea and elsewhere.

2. Services Description

Uterebroon provides digital skills training, including cohort-based courses, workshops, downloadable toolkits, mentor office hours, and capability assessments related to prompt engineering for workflows. Service descriptions on the website are informational. We reserve the right to modify schedules, mentors, or materials with reasonable notice to enrolled participants.

3. Account and Enrollment

You must provide accurate contact information when requesting enrollment or submitting forms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials we issue. Misrepresentation of identity or affiliation may result in cancellation without refund where permitted by law.

4. Intellectual Property

All curriculum materials, templates, recordings, and branding on this site are owned by Uterebroon or licensed to us. Enrolled learners receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for personal or internal team learning during and after the program term as specified per product. Redistribution, resale, or public republishing without written consent is prohibited.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to harass mentors or staff, share other learners' private submissions without consent, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or use course materials to develop competing training products that substantially reproduce our curriculum structure. Violations may result in removal from programs without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, Uterebroon is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or participation in programs. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific enrollment is limited to the amount you paid for that enrollment in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Incheon, Korea, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.

8. Termination and Modifications

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. We may update these General Terms by posting a revised version with a new "last updated" date. Material changes affecting enrolled learners will be communicated via email when practicable. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
