Refund & Cancellation

1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation policy applies to tuition and fees listed on uterebroon.digital in KRW. It supplements our General Terms and is designed to comply with consumer protection standards applicable in the Republic of Korea, including cooling-off rights where they apply to distance contracts.
2. Eligibility Window
For cohort courses and workshops: you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of payment if the program has not started and you have not accessed downloadable materials beyond preview samples. For self-paced toolkits: refund within fourteen days if no templates have been downloaded. Office hour packs: refundable within fourteen days if no session has been consumed.
3. Full Refund Conditions
Full refunds are issued when: cancellation occurs within the eligibility window; Uterebroon cancels a program (you may choose refund or transfer); or duplicate payment is verified. Refunds are returned to the original payment method unless technically impossible, in which case we will agree an alternative with you.
4. Partial Refunds
After the eligibility window or after partial consumption: cohort withdrawals may receive a prorated credit toward a future cohort at our discretion, minus an administrative fee of KRW 30,000. Office hour packs: remaining unused sessions may be refunded at 80% of the per-session value if at least one session remains and request is made within ninety days of purchase.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Non-refundable: completed mentor sessions; downloaded toolkit files after the fourteen-day window; capability assessments after the findings presentation has been delivered; custom on-site workshop travel costs already incurred; and any third-party license fees we paid on your behalf with prior written approval.
6. Cancellation by Participant
Email [email protected] with your full name, enrollment reference, and reason. We confirm receipt within three business days. Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days; bank processing times may add additional days.
7. Cancellation by Uterebroon
If we cancel or materially reschedule a program, you may choose a full refund or transfer to the next available cohort. We are not liable for incidental travel or accommodation costs you may have arranged.
8. Consumer Rights (Korea)
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and related regulations, including statutory withdrawal rights for eligible distance contracts.
